We'll have a whole day of training with Magnus Rygh 5th dan.
This seminar is foucused on the fundamentals of kendo, so I strongly urge all of you to come, the newer the better,
as long as you have some experience in bogu.

We charge 100kr for the day to cover the cost of the hall.

Be aware this is TEGLVERKET IDRETTSHALL, not our normal venue, so make sure to get your bogu feomr Blindern in advance.
